- Evidence before confidence: citations, evaluations and explicit abstention belong in production AI.
- Standards work is implementation work. Interfaces matter only when teams can ship and operate them.
- Keep the claim boundary visible. Internal results, public metrics and work in progress are different things.

- Shipped a four-validator testnet across four clouds; the public testnet closed at 600K users and the mainnet was launch-ready.
- Cut AWS spend 60%, recovered an approximately 80-minute chain halt and deployed approximately 46 AI agents for internal operations.

- Defeated a 340-IP faucet-farming botnet using a 4-tier mitigation (xcaddy rate-limiting, CrowdSec, auto-blocker, firewall) without restarting the chain.
- Resolved RDS at 100% CPU: transaction-start errors fell 85% and p99 dropped 77% at zero cost; fixed an explorer seq-scan on a 9.5M-row table, cutting explorer load from 48 to approximately 2.
- Delegated 50M tokens to rebalance the 4-validator BFT set; ran a 25-fix RPC security audit ahead of mainnet; the consortium served a $12B+ AUM customer base.
