Engagements that ship.
Not decks.
I'm Adam Boudjemaa, an AI / Agent Engineer for regulated finance. I ship production multi-agent, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and LLM systems inside complex regulated organizations, and I've authored 4 Ethereum standards (3 published, plus the Agent Authority Protocol in progress). I offer advisory, architecture review, AI-agent systems, fractional CTO engagements, ERC-3643 implementation audits, and talks. One clear intake path.
// ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Architecture Review
A deep audit of your AI or blockchain systems. Written report with specific fixes. Not vague suggestions. You'll know exactly what to fix and why.
- System architecture audit
- Written report with exact fixes
- 1 follow-up call
- Delivered in 1 week
AI Agent Systems
I design production AI-agent systems around your highest-value workflow, with scoped evaluation, observability and operator handoff. My own verified benchmark: I cut a client's bank reconciliation from 8 hours to 23 minutes with a source-grounded RAG pipeline.
- Full agent system design + build
- System scoped to the workflow
- Milestone-based delivery
- $2/unit/month at scale
- Slack access during build
- Knowledge transfer + docs
Fractional CTO
Full CTO function for your team. Architecture, hiring, shipping. I've done this for protocols handling $441M in volume. Monthly contracts, no lock-in.
- 2-3 days/week embedded
- Architecture + hiring + shipping
- Team mentorship
- Monthly contracts, no lock-in
- Direct Slack/async access

ERC-3643 Implementation Audit
$5,000-10,000I co-authored ERC-3643. $32B+ in assets run on it. I'll review your tokenization implementation against the standard: identity registry, claim topology, compliance agents, transfer restrictions. You get a written report with every flaw and the exact fix.
RWA Tokenization Advisory
$2,500/dayTechnical advisory for teams building tokenized real-world assets. Standard selection (ERC-3643 vs ERC-1400 vs custom), compliance architecture, cross-jurisdictional identity, institutional-grade smart contract design.

// HOW IT WORKS
Application Review
You tell me the problem. I tell you if I can help. Not everyone's a fit. I'll respond within 48 hours.
Scope & Proposal
Clear scope, timeline, and fixed price. No surprises. No scope creep clause in fine print.
Build
I work with your team. Async Slack, weekly syncs, real deliverables. Not a consultant who sends PDFs. I write code.
Handoff
Documentation, knowledge transfer, a follow-up call. You don't need me forever. That's the point.
// SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS
No slides full of buzzwords. No "10 predictions for 2027." Real architecture decisions, real failure stories, real code. From intimate workshops to main stages. In English or French.
// TALK TOPICS
Multi-Agent Systems That Actually Ship
A field report from two distinct systems: an 11-agent platform delivered to production for a confidential real-estate fund, and approximately 46 agents deployed for Integra's internal operations. Coordination, tool design, evals and failure modes without conflating the deployments.
The AI + Web3 Convergence (It's Not What You Think)
AI agents that hold wallets. Smart contracts that call LLMs. On-chain agent payment protocols. The intersection isn't hypothetical anymore. I build at both sides. This talk separates what's real from what's hype, with live examples from production systems.
From ERC Draft to Ethereum Standard
I've authored 4 Ethereum standards (incl. Agent Authority Protocol, in progress). The technical writing is maybe 20% of the work. The other 80%? Politics, community building, and rewriting your spec after someone on Ethereum Magicians tears it apart. Here's the real process.
Building an AI CTO: Automating Engineering Operations
I built an AI system that triages bugs, assigns work, reviews PRs with 11 specialized reviewers, writes standups, and sends the weekly report. This talk covers the architecture, the surprises, and whether your VP of Engineering should be worried.
42 to CTO: Building a Career Without a Degree
From 42 Paris (no teachers, no curriculum) to CTO of a Layer-1 protocol. A talk about learning by building, why credentials matter less than output, and the unconventional path that most career advice ignores. En français aussi, si vous voulez.
// FORMATS
Keynote
30-45 min main stage talk with Q&A
Workshop
Half-day hands-on session, 15-30 people
Podcast
Long-form conversation, remote or in-person
Not a fit?
If you need a WordPress site or a ChatGPT wrapper, I'm not your guy. I build production AI systems for companies where manual processes cost real money. If that's not your situation, I'll point you to someone who can help.
// FAQ
What's included in the ERC-3643 audit?
Full review of your token contract, identity registry, claim topology, compliance agents, and transfer manager. You get a written report covering every deviation from the standard, compliance risks, and the exact code changes to fix them. I co-authored the standard. There's no one better positioned to tell you if you're implementing it right.
What's your availability?
I take 2-3 clients at a time. Current availability: AVAILABLE NOW. ERC-3643 audits can be scheduled with 1-2 weeks lead time. If I'm full, I'll tell you upfront.
Do you write code or just advise?
Both. I'm a builder first. If you need hands-on implementation alongside strategy, I do that. Most of my clients are surprised by how much code I ship.
What tech stack?
Solidity, TypeScript, Go, Python. Multi-agent AI systems (Claude, GPT, open-source). EVM chains. I don't touch frontend design. I build infrastructure.
Can you speak at my event?
Yes. Keynotes, workshops and podcasts, in English or French. All talks can be customized for your audience. I prep properly. I don't phone it in.
What if it doesn't work out?
Monthly contracts. No long-term lock-in. If I'm not delivering value by month 2, you should fire me. I'll even help you find a replacement.
Tell me the problem.
An engagement, an audit, or a talk. I'll tell you if I can help. Not everyone's a fit.
